Essay Writing Images

Essay Writing ImagesIn the essay writing, an effective essay only works if the writer employs appropriate essay writing images. These images provide a more life-like texture to the essays that your reader sees. This will ensure that they stay with you long after the essay is read and those strange feelings of epiphany that your mind has had regarding the subject are still intact. You can think of essay writing images as a frame to a movie, without the wonderful setting of a fancy movie theater or hotel suite but still part of the picture as a backdrop to the story. In short, the pictures used are merely the veneer to disguise the real essence of the image. These images can be used in a number of ways, though they all contain elements of the truth, whether they do so consciously or unconsciously. The best images for writing an essay should use the truth that the essay writer intends. The last thing you want to do is create false facts. Your reader is there to be convinced. If you give t hem something that doesn't appeal to them, they are not likely to remain interested in what follows. This means that the key to using effective essay writing images is to use images that will persuade your reader to find things in your essay, beyond the logical consistency, that have validity. The biggest mistake you can make is to use pictures that will have your reader wondering just what the images mean. An example of this would be to use a picture of your dog, with a caption that says 'This is why my dog's ears are constantly vibrating.' This will have your reader suspecting that you are saying that your dog's ears are excessively wiggling. But in fact, you are trying to show the reader that your dog is misbehaving or anxious. The difference between the two interpretations is the meaning of the pictures bring to your message. For this reason, when you use images it is important to use things that are not logical. For example, instead of using a collage of photographs of your famil y as the background to your essay, use the same set of photographs as the focal point. This is going to set off a different mood than a collage. Instead of a subtle background, you want a strong foreground. You want your reader to be able to tell where you are coming from, so that they can better relate to your point.Even images that come from real-life situations should be put into context to achieve their full effect. When I was writing my book 'Romance and Soul Food', I created several real-life events to help propel the story forward. These included my first date with a local farmer's wife, a grocery store visit with the grocery store employee, and a visit to the nurse in my hometown who was the first person I ever told about my crush on me. All of these events took place right in the middle of the book's plot. When writing an essay, it is often the use of symbolism that creates the images for your story. But it is also the way you represent the symbolism that is most meaningful. Using the stories that you find to be the most meaningful in your life will lend more power to the images you use. The images you use in your essay should be the most powerful. There is a fine line between too much symbolism and overuse of symbols and using too little symbol and not enough substance to the essay. It is difficult to cover so much detail with so little meaning. So focus on the important parts of your essay and let the rest of the story tell itself.
